From the late 1970s or very early 1980s. I saw the promo on TV, so I think it was a TV horror movie, which were popular at that time. I remember it was about a haunted house–there was a scene where dishes in a kitchen go flying on their own off the shelves, a sheriff comes walking up the front steps, and a maid sees a ghost and drops a tray.
