Not Marvel, or Fantastic 4: Dr. Doom Antagonist 1970s or late 1960s American Cartoon, Black and White?

There was a Saturday Morning Cartoon that I was not allowed to watch as a Child around 1975, too Sadistic. I’m not sure if it was called Dr. Doom or there was simply a character named Dr. Doom. I think it was Black and White, but that seems unlikely given the dates. It may have been part of a collection of weekly shows. I am fairly certain that Dr. Doom was the Protagonist, the bad guy. Any idea what this was? Sorry I don’t remember more (I was 4!)

Fantastic Four? https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?release_date=1960-01-01,1980-12-31&genres=animation,!documentary,!short&characters=dr.%20doom

Marvel comics and Hanna-Barbera animation put out a few superhero cartoons in 1967.
The Fantastic Four (1967)
Dr. Doom was an enemy of the Fantastic Four, Episode 7.
Also featured were Captain America (Red Skull) and Spiderman (The Green Goblin), to my recollection.
I would think you could watch it on YouTube, DVDs are available.

I am so so sorry. I should have mentioned that this is NOT the Marvel character. Very sorry. Thank you.

Oh My Gosh it may have also been Dr. Destruction or Dr. Destructo. It was not a superhero show.

Any recollection on who was the good guy(s) in the show? e.g. Scooby Doo or what did the bad guy want (money, power)?

Maybe Simon Bar Sinister from “Underdog” animated series?

Ah Yes. Thank you. I was too young to remember this exactly, but the evil character name, Sinister vs. Doom or Destructo, and the timing, 1964-1973, as well as the fact that although not black and white, it certainly has a rough color, and lastly I watched some Youtube videos of Sinister on this Underdog show and his behavior indicates that yes, this must have been the character my Mom did not want her 4 year old son to see during Saturday Morning Cartoons. Thank you so very very much Wositelec. SOLVED!

I'm happy that I could to help you. I forgot evil character name, but I was almost sure that it is your character, because timing, 1964-1973, was good to me. I watched Underdog show during my childhood at RTL7 - Polish channel (popular in 90s) and I remember that it wasn't dubbed, but only voice-over (it is popular method in Poland, today too - "technique in which, unlike in dubbing, actor voices are recorded over the original audio track which can be heard in the background" - however, it is very rare in case animated shows or movies).
