I only remember a few scenes and information from the movie but from what I do remember is 1) a scene we’re the main antagonist (male) kills a chick in front of his sister 2) the antagonist was kidnapped and hoped for his mother to save him but she didn’t due to her new kids so he escapes and tries to kill them 3) lastly the antagonist tries drowning his sister out in the open and ends up shot 3.5) I don’t know why but I keep on thinking their name is billy
