Older woman gets kidnapped by younger guy

I watched part of a movie about 10 years ago. A woman gets kidnapped and I remember her kissing her kidnapper (she was in handcuffs) on the street, kind of in the middle of the road. It stuck out to me because the woman was noticeably older than the guy (she must have been in her 50s or 60s while he looked about 30)

Both actors were white and I’m fairly sure they spoke English.

I used to watch a lot of iSat when I was younger, so I’m thinking it was an indie movie?

I don’t think it’s the right movie, but I try: “Ruthless People” 1986

Not quite :frowning: Love Bette Midler but I don’t think the actors were as famous.
Also it wasn’t a comedy
