Pact of eternal life, very strange SF movie - like "Sandman"

I’m looking for a movie but I only know the outline of the plot about a God or something like that and a man who signs a pact of eternal life. They meet in one place every so many years and he tells him what he did and if he got tired of it.

Any idea? It isn’t “Sandman” TV series, but feature movie. Thank you in advance.

Hi, wositelec, are you 100% sure that it is not the Netflix series "The Sandman"? One of the major storylines in that series is basically the same as you describe.
