I saw it somewhere between 2002 and 2003. If I remember correctly, the killer wore a white top with suspenders.

Hills have eyes is in 2006 unless original one from I think the 70’s. They have some deformed villains in it.

It Is the same one from the movie Hatchet but on this poster you can see his face and clothes.
