The movie was about a child girl. Her biological mother was not having a good life, not having a “clear” job.
So some people “illegally adopted” this child girl to give her a better life.
Other people knew something about this, and run some investigations. They even asked a gangster some informations.
Once these people came to know the truth (and came to know who the real mother was), they reported to the police.
So the good parents that “illegally adopted” this child girl were arrested, and the child was assigned to her biological mother.
However the movie ended with the child watching the tv alone at night, and the mother said something like: “I’m going out, see you tomorrow…”.
