I only remember the last scene of the movie,

Police try to chase the criminal then he decided to suicide in front of train but the police man saved him in the last second but cost him his leg

nothing at all it was english movie i saw it when i was kid maybe before 10 years ago I believe it came out between 2007 to 2014 something like that
