I saw about a 60 second scene and ill try to describe it the best i can. The scene takes place in a canal or whatever this thing is called, this is the only thing i could really connect it too so whatever this is.
Los Santos River | GTA Wiki | Fandom Theres 2 main characters. Im pretty sure its 1 black guy and 1 white guy but im not 100% sure about that. The police have them surrounded and the scene ends with one of the main guys telling his friend to look away while he kills himself. Ty for any help.
