Movie in Spanish language but not from Spain, probably from Mexico or some country in Latin America, modern setting in the city mostly. Young actress is central figure, she thinks she has terminal illness and writes list of things to do before she dies, before movie ends she finds she does not have terminal illness. At the beginning she meets an older man in seance at her female neighbor and this man gets hit by car, van or bus very early in the movie. It is not high budget nor very popular movie, it was made before 2020 probably not older than 20 or mostly 30 years old but it could be 2010s as well, difficult to say with low budget movies.
