I am trying to find an old movies that I watched in 70s and have no idea how old it is nor is it made in Hollywood or in Europe, but one quite memorable scene, at least for me as a kid in times when movies were not very provocative:
A scene in the movie appears to be some sort of elite banquet or luncheon, possibly at a court with many guests, with long tables having tablecloths that reach quite low. One man sneaks under the table, hidden by the tablecloth, removes a woman’s shoe who is seated, pulls out small scissors, cuts her nylon stockings just around big toe, and then kisses/cucks her big toe. I believe the movie is not erotic as it was aired on TV in regular evening time on national TV that airs movies with generally acceptable themes and generally relatively popular movies.

I remember this scene in an ITV play shown on Sunday, the woman involved in this scene may have been Jill Bennett and the series could have been late night drama, the episode Ms or Jack and Jill, not much info available,
