its an action - chase movie about serial-killer lady who taking a young driver as a hostage , she forced him to escape from the police chase , i remember her hair was black , i think she wearing a glasses . in some scenes the young guy watched her from a far as she killed 2 policemen in cold blood . (after that she tries to kill that guy or killing his girlfriend ) i’m not sure about that part .
the movie was in 2003 - 2007 period … it was looks like the movie collateral (2004) of tom cruise in its female version… but the movie has car chase with the police from its beginning
… and of course she is not Angelina Jolie , but Angelina has a similar role after that in the movie salt ( 2010)

no , she has a black hair , and look like Angelina Jolie , she behave the killer of (The Hitcher ) 1986 , and the young driver was coward in the beginning just like as Nicholas Hoult in ( Collide ) 2016 she was assassin woman , the teen-young driver was terrified and coward , but he can escape from her , i think it was a cat and mouse chase . she tries to force him to have a gut and save his girlfriend before killing her
