I’m looking for a short movie from 2000s (for my friend). It probably featured two actors. A man stole a African American’s car and this man… started chasing him on foot. The terror of the driver who was accelerating and the thief caught up with him. Then, he started pushing the car so that he closed the meter and either pushed the car off or it hit a wall.
