I don’t know much about this film other than it starred Sidney Poitier and he played a character who listened to and absorbed the problems of another male character. The pressure of having to absorb all these problems got too much and Sidney Poitier’s character ended up committing suicide. Not sure this is the main plot or a sub-plot
