I saw this flick on TV some 20-30 years ago. It has stuck in my mind after all these years. I am quite sure it’s French, or perhaps Italian. In it this old man crazy scientist is happily killing people live on TV from the confines of his room! To do this he has linked his private machinery to studio TV cameras, which are somehow turned into killing weapons. His victims, TV anchors and various personalities, are blown up during live broadcasts, to the utter dismay of the whole nation and the police. The old geezer kills on a whim, kills anyone he dislikes, and has lots of fun doing it. Any ideas?
