Spanish (?) cartoon on multiple fairytales

I know I watched it multiple times on VHS when I was little.
A Spanish (I think) cartoon featuring multiple fairytales - Goldenlocks and Three Bears is one of them, the fairytale about the fisherman and his wife is the second one. I remember that the setting was modern and Goldenlocks was playing with the ball near her school in the beginning of the story. The fisherman鈥檚 wife was dancing in a red dress in the middle of the story.
