I remember a scene of an investigador (journalist, prosecutor, FBI agent?) entering a room with stacks of documents, in boxes maybe. The task seems impossible. But he calmly gets the first box and starts taking them out, laying the out before him on the floor and sorting through the first of what seem like hundreds and hundreds of boxes.
I was pretty sure this was a scene from The Report with Adam Driver, but just fastforwarded through this movie, and it’s not it. There’s a scene in The Accountant, with Ben Affleck, that somewhat fits this description, but that takes place in an office with a glass wall, and boxes on the table. I remember a grey windowless space, and papers on the floor.

That's exactly it. Thank you so much. I've been racking my brain all day with this. Hadn't given up, but am so very grateful. First time I used this site. At about 40 mins into the movie, the lawyer is deluged with disclosure documents. Feeling drowned and falling into despair would be understandable. I love how he simply starts taking the first steps in what is certainly going to be a long haul.
