I vaguely recall watching part of an old sword and sandals movie when young. I recall one scene well. A man and a woman sword fight. Given the time period the movie was made that stood out. She holds her own at first. Then he gets the upper hand by disarming her. She doesn’t give up easily and pulls out a hidden knife. Some one shouts to the man something like “watch out she has a sting”. But the man grabs her wrist and disarms her. Then he carries her to a public bath nearby and throws her in.

1I found it. It is Sign of the Pagan, 1954. It’s funny, but I have clear memories of a scene that is not there but you can tell a ‘cut’ has been added to the movie where it was.
Not sure if it is technically a sword and sandals movie or just Greco Roman in general.
– DynamiteMovieHow long ago was this that you watched it? Was it an older movie then?
