I don’t remember specifically the actress but probably it’s Julia Roberts or someone that looks a lot like her
Basically I recall only the begin of the movie, she is the doorman of this important building right? A series of apartment etc etc
There is this new girl/guy that should take her place and she ends up like asking or telling about stuffs about every single family, hours, keds that go out at this time, come back at that time, father does this job, mother do this and that
I don’t recall anything more about the movie, just this specific scene where she is like (while replying) to this new guy/girl: you really think you can remember everything better than me (or something like that LOL)
I tought about Erin Brockovich but doesn’t sound like that to be honest 
also because I read few minutes ago that Erin Brokovich is like a struggle for her etc, while the movie I am talkinga bout she worked many years in this (seemingly) important building and she is very well respected but I can’t recall even the reason why she has to go/wants to go away
As said PROBABLY it’s Julia Roberts but I can’t find anything about a movie like that
