The story of the movie revolves around a fight between a man and a woman in a forest. In a particular scene, the man manages to catch the woman off guard and shoots an arrow towards her heart. However, since the woman’s heart is located on the right side of her body, she doesn’t die. In the end, the woman succeeds in killing the man after he falls into a waterfall and lands in the water.

If our other Expert, mimiko33, mentioned the movie “Alone” above as a possibility, I throw this one in as well:
“Försvunnen” (2011), also known as “Gone”

It is a Swedish movie, and the movie “Alone” (2020) mimiko33 suggested above is the US remake of this movie. So, if the plot of the original Swedish movie is the same as the one of its US remake, then the arrow and heart parts are also missing from this movie as well, so this is probably not the right movie.

Hi, mimiko, it is me again. :) The same as with your other suggestion "Alone" below. I have seen this movie and I do not recall shooting with arrows and the heart is on the right side. If the questioner remembers these two parts correctly, then I do not think that this is his/her movie. But it does not hurt to throw it in. :)

Hi, mimiko33, this movie also came to my mind and I also thought that maybe I should throw this in as an asnwer as well, but I watched this movie not long ago and my memories are still relatively fresh regarding the plot of the movie and although most of the movie takes place in the wilderness where a man chases a woman, so this is a match, but I do not recall the part where the man shoots at the woman with arrows and the part where the woman's heart is on her right side. Good suggestion, but I think this is probably not the movie the questioner is looking for.
