Ok so i watched a trailer few months ago and i completely forgot what the movie was called. The thigs i remember from the trailer are that a man who looks like a child is in a bar or a restourant and the special forces i believe attacked him so he used something like time travel and killed all of them then he went outside the store and removed a chip from his body that they used to track his location. Thats pretty much all i can remember about it. Ive been searching for this movie for about 2 hours now please help
