Trying to find a movie title for a friend

My friend is trying to remember her mother’s favorite movie but doesn’t remember very many details. She only remembers one scene where the husband and the wife are on their honeymoon (she’s pretty sure) and the husband starts talking to someone and is ignoring his wife while she is asking him to grab her bags from the car. She ends up having to get her own bags from the car in the snow. The husbands name is george.

I know it’s not much to go on.

Any help would sure be appreciated.

How old is the movie? Is it black and white or color?

What decade could the movie be from or when did she see it?

It was at least old enough to be recorded on vhs. From the way she was talking about it, I would think it was from the 60s or 70s but she's not sure.

I haven’t seen it in forever and it isn’t honeymoon but could it be the original Out of Towners? The husband name is George and there is all kinds of problems. They did a remake of it also later on with Goldie Hawn and Steve Martin.
