I believe the movie was Korean but I could be wrong. It’s about a father looking for his daughter but she turns out to be hiding secrets of bad things she’s done. In the end most of the characters turned out to be immoral. From what I can remember the central characters were the father, daughter, a memeber of the police force. A scene I can rember is the father and police fighting on the top floor of a parking lot. I believe I had watched it on Amazon Prime.
