Trying to find this movie about a nanny (woman) looking after a little girl for a wealthy father who travels for business and an annoying step-mom. I believe its Christmas themed

I’ve tried Google but it keeps pointing me to the Royal Nanny (which isn’t it) and some others which ain’t them either. Please help.
I believe the Nanny falls for the father too. Also the Nanny helps decorate the home with the little girl with Xmas deco but the step-mom didn’t like it and tore it all down.

Oh i don't even think she was a nanny. I think she was the girls tutor? Maybe a mystery shopper that had to buy gifts or decorate the house? Lol. Sorry my memory is vague as i was in hospital for covid around the time i saw this.
