Comedy-Crime. US in English. Color. Late 70s to 80s movie. A guy is talking on a payphone; a hutch, not a booth. It’s next to a white background; probably a building. It’s daylight, clean, noise of people but no traffic. He’s Caucasian, middle aged, short dark thinning hair. He appears disheveled and manic and says over the phone, “Boss, can I kill him? Oh please, let me kill him. I really want to kill him.” Sorry, that’s all I’ve got.
