I watched a VHS tape at least a dozen times as a kid but can’t remember the name or half the plot! Two live action kids (I believe both girls) end up in an animated forest. The girls get separated and one ends up hanging off the side of a ledge but when she falls she’s close to the ground. I seem to remember a “evil” looking tree with a face and bats too. I believe it was from the 1970s or 80s. It’s so vague but has been bothering me for over a decade
