ok so i watched a random ass movie on the tv some time ago but i cant remember the name
it seemed old like 90’s or smth. the main character was a british doctor named guy, he got a couple patients that died while he tried to save them and he thought it was shady so he investigates and it turns out his boss was kidnapping homeless people and testing on them to find a cure for spine problems that make u end up in a wheelchair.
