This wasn't too hard. Searched in Google for: movie boy allergic to bees -"my girl" That lead to this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/tipofmytongue/comments/y3rue0/tomtmovie_movie_about_a_guy_who_lost_his/ The description in the post is similar enough that it makes sense to at least see the trailer, even though the IMDB entry is nothing like you describe. And there you see the boy jumping into the water.
