I watched this movie on Singapore Airlines in 2018. I’m not sure if I’m thinking of the same movie but I think this started with a scene of a teenager (maybe babysitting) and was about a couple (pictured here) whose marriage is tested when the wife has a sort of midlife crisis and goes out at night and either drinks or takes drugs. Near the end she goes to a bar or club one night and then gets into a serious car crash. At the end the husband goes to his wife’s bedside at the hospital.
