I guess this movie must have been released between 1985 and 1994. Memories I have: a scientist experimenting with a medium-sized animal, maybe a monkey, something goes wrong. A scene with several people in the hall of a large house (like the one in Resident Evil 1), a ship next to the house, possibly the house was next to a port. A lady in a wheelchair along with several other people in the hall and total darkness in the house, rain and lightning in the background. Suddenly someone attacks, possibly the one who was attacked and died was the lady in the wheelchair. It is not Re-Animator, nor Brain Dead. In fact, I’m not sure if the scientist and this scene with the woman in the wheelchair are part of the same movie.
