there are 4 people the each have a corner in a bunker in a building somewhere. Something goes wrong and find out they are there for real. You see them surviving and slowly going mad and even die…i remember the ending very well. one survivor climbs up through a vent…only to crawl out in another bunker. So they are trapped in some experiment that they didn’t know of.

no it was lower budget, they were emplyees in an office building we never see the outside. The bunkers are also in the building. I believe the whole movie it's not clear to them if it's a drill or the real thing. After months one of them escapes through the food delivery hatch in the middle pillar of the room only to find out they were in an experiment. She end up in another exactly the same bunker on the above floor

sorry but no...it was with way less technologie and less futuristic....it seemed like it was in a office building in a city somewhere but we don;t really see that tho. Also the 4 people were together in one circular/squared bunker with each an open corner and a big pillar in the middle
