while he’s breaking in he finds this girl on a chair all chained to it. He flees but turns around to try and untie her but then runs only to turn around again to really save her. Eventually he really fights hard to save her from the chair and person who put her there.(this rich guy)

Yup! That's the one....in case ur wondering why i have so many topics. I lost an hdd in 2018 that was full of my favorite movies from the 80's up until 2018 about 2000 movies/series. Most of the movies i know by name and have back now but there were about 50 that i can't remember the name of. So now and then when i think of one i put it in a list. That list is slowly being solved here....THANKS for ur help.
– LegoLadI created a IMDB private list exactly for that reason... and also so that I don't buy the same movie twice whenever I see a shop selling 2nd hand DVDs :)
