She’s in a appartment in the city. Eventually she starts to notice a patern in the view out of the window as well as “outside” sounds that kinda repeat. It turns out she’s actually being held by her “friend” who helps her throughout the movie(bringing food and stuff). He turns out to be a psycho. The whole appartment was actually build inside a werehouse or something and the girl/woman found out and tries to escape. The views, the sounds and everything around her was all staged.
Sounds like “Sightless” But she is blind.
