it starts with a couple on vacation in brazil or something they are on a motor cycle riding in the sun on a busy road. I believe it’s a white guy and a light dark girl. They get into an accident and we flash a bit forward. The guy is in a wheelchair and the girl was kinda okay, he and the girl recover from the accident at his family’s estate. His family members (sister, brother and more) are all crazy AF. The whole movie plays on the estate. I believ the sister and brother are romantically involved and at the end most people die and the girl is the only one left if i remember correctly
