I’m trying to find what tv show or movie this scene is from. The guy is sleeping and then two men come in, one puts tape on his mouth and they pull him up. They put a hood over his head and pull him away.

1Maybe “The Fraternity” or “The Skulls 2”, both with Robin Dunne:
Looks like Joshua Jackson in "The Skulls" (2000), could be "The Skulls II" with Robin Dunne. Gets kidnapped and taken away by the fraternity. I would say MABV has it right.
