I’m looking for an animated movie. The protagonist is a white mouse who lived in a circus. Then, he ran away from the circus. It was a cold winter, and a man (probably a forester named Lutek in Polish dubbed version) found her. The mouse had a scarf that was frozen. Lutek invited the mouse to his cottage to warm up and eat something. The mouse hung her scarf over a pot of red soup. It fell into the pot and turned red. Lutek decided to take the mouse to Mrs. Mouse-Rabbit. On the way, they met a huge cat named Claw, who wanted to attack the mouse. Lutek protected himself and the mouse with his magic cap, which turned into a tree trunk. The cat named Claw was sent on the orders of the queen/sorceress, who probably had a team of mice.
It was low-budget movie (probably) from VHS. The packaging of this fairy tale was purple/navy blue.
