Woman in a red suite that can create / go through wormholes

I dont fully remember the movie, only a few scene snippets.

One scene is where she remembers things and this is where it includes her mom and dad i think, the scene is pretty white.

Then theres another scene where she goes through a wormhole and ends up on some planet

The suite itself is fragile, I remember it as being dark red

Near the end theres a massive red thing in space that she ends up going thorough.

TLDR: A woman that has a red / black suite which aither allows her to create wormholes and go through them or time travel, saves the world or universe

when did you see it? was it in english? could it be something like the female marvel movie, or is it more of a younger woman in the suit?

Also, do you remember what the suit looks like? Is it a red dress, like in The Adjustment Bureau? A uniform, like in Star Trek? Or a space suit, like an astronaut would wear?

Turns out it was Star Trek: Discovery ._.
