So, I remember watching a scene of a movie a while back where a woman wearing a floral dress, brown boots and socks got strangled and killed in a parking lot right beside a car while the rain is pouring, I used to know what movie it is but forgot since it’s been a couple of years. Can you guys help me out? I know for one thing that it’s not English (probably French or Russian, but it could be from another country.), hope it helps.
