English language, early '00s or late '90s. The only thing I remember is one of the wealthy protagonists driving this very impractical supercar (Diablo if memory serves) with a large trunk tied to the front as it can’t fit the tiny luggage space.

I'm sorry, that's not the one... she's actually driving the car from place to place with a large suitcase/trunk sticking out of the front. I believe the car was yellow/light colored, not sure though.
