Hello, the movie/series is one my family rented from blockbuster around the late 90’s early 2000’s it was a set cause we had to keep opening the box to get the next tape out. It was following the main character (live action) who somehow (don’t remember) got sent/stuck in another world. A fantasy style world centered around classical fairy tales like little bopeep, red riding hood, and a bunch of others. I believe (very foggy on exact details) that her dad and/or brother follows her into the world to bring her back. The woman goes from tale to tale and meets different characters and has to find her way to find something she lost to get home. She meets a man on the way who ends up helping her, and turns out he’s a wolf too or at least turns into one? (Fuzzy here) They end up getting together in the movie/series like I remember them rolling around in the leaves (kinda laughing playing) in the woods the scene ended and then cut to them walking out all (frumbeled implying wink wink) they continue on. Get separated I believe at some point. The woman comes across a little town with I believe (fuzzy) an adult little bopeep who dyes her (live real sheep) pink and blue and the Woman has to dye sheep too for some reason?? Idk it was like a competition? Then she does that, the townspeople celebrate and fuzzy bits here, continues on to “find the thing she needs to get home”. I don’t remember most of it, but at the end, she’s sitting at a big table with some if the other characters, her dad has found her again and the man (wolfman/shapeshifter) is there too and he proposes to her and asks if she’ll stay instead of returning. Also there’s a fish that’s (very freshly caught) on the table that ends up having the thing in its stomach (cause it ate it earlier when she lost it) and it’s a pearl or a ring or something like that? (Fuzzy details) and everyone’s shocked by this but she can go home now with it. But I think she decides to stay in the fairy tale fantasy world. Also the man(wolfguy) informs her she is also pregnant (from the roll in the leaves earlier) and she’s like what??? But mostly how he knows and he’s like I can smell it (wolf/dog thing in real life I’m told) and she’s like excited too after a second to process and the dad is told he’s gonna be a grandfather and is sitting there stunned. And then the woman says a baby! (Something like that) and the wolfguy corrects her and says babies or something, wolf’s have litters, then the series/movie ended. -sidenote, I thought this was a weird fever dream of mine for Years cause no one had seen or heard of it (might be british/Canadian or something) it’s in english btw. Other possible scenes were (she started off in the woods, comes across a knight at some point who ends up being a dick (fuzzy here), manages to get away, has a run in with a fairy I think, and meets the queen/ruler at the end of the story, there’s Alot more but memory is iffy). But I described it to my siblings years later (like a few years ago) and they freaked out cause they thought they had dreamed it too, cause no one believed them when they talked about it either. And we ended up remembering bits and pieces about it. I know it’s a long shot, but I remember really liking it and hoping I can find/buy it somewhere to rewatch it. I was 5-10 years old in the 90s. Any ideas are appreciated.
