OK, thank you. I think that it is an episode from 90's or early 2000's (it isn't newer than 2003 max). It wasn't prison probably, because it was "more modern" than Alcatraz style setting or something connected with typical prisons.

Thanks. It is an episode from "JAG", probably. But it is very hard to find, because it is very "foggy" memory.
