How to Find a Movie I Watched Years Ago?

Hey all, :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

This movie has been stuck in my head for ages, and I can’t for the life of me remember the title. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction!

It’s gotta be from the late 90s or early 2000s. Think dark, gritty sci-fi thriller, kind of like Blade Runner. The main character’s some kind of detective on the hunt for a big conspiracy. There’s this crazy plot twist involving messed-up memories or a whole other reality, something like that.
