I believe I rented this movie on DVD. 2000-2005. The movie starts off with a man jumping up onto a bench and moving his hand near a light which flickers when he gets close. There was a big narrative about how short life was and comparing it to days or minutes. “22000 days in your life.” The movie ends with the main character in the back of a car.
